Escape the crowds and spend a day just outside the city at our husky kennel. This is an intimate small-group experience with a maximum of 12 guests.
We created this adventure for anyone that wants a full husky experience. This tour combines cuddle and play with puppies, dog sledding and traditional Norwegian treats by the fire in the epic scenary of the steep mountains our kennel is surrounded by.
Pickup and drop off in the center of Tromsø. The minivan ride is throughout the stunning fjords of Troms.
What do I need to bring?
Dog sledding can be colder than it seems, so dress well. We have overalls for you to borrow, but we still recommend warm clothing such as:
- Inner layer wool
- Middle layer
- Jacket and winter trousers
- Hat, scarf and gloves
- Winter boots
We will stay outside the whole day.
We carry a toilet.
Transport
Minivan from Tromsø Center trough the beautiful fjords to our location in Nordkjosbotn.
Puppy visit
You get to pet and feed our puppies inbetween the dog sledding.
Bonfire & snacks
We will make a bonfire and hot drinks, and offer a traditional Norwegian pancake and storytelling.
Dog sledding
Dog sledding 1 hour.
This is an intimate experience with a group of maximum 12 people where 6 people go dog sledding first, and the other 6 after. We will devide you into even smaller groups, so that the dog sledding of 1 hours is private, intimate and a true nature experince.
